Three hours from UK, Germany and Scandinavia, Malta is not much further than the Balearics, Spain or Southern France. With fewer delays during the season, it is often quicker.

A large bank of check in counters and new security facilities make sure you pass quickly up to the departures lounge without delay. Duty Free Shops and Bars/ Cafe’s with outside balconies provide entertainment enough to make travelling home a comfortable experience.

Low Cost and Scheduled Airlines

Most European countries have regular if not daily flights into Malta including our own Air Malta who fly to most major cities in Europe.

BA, Lufthansa, Emirates, Easy jet, Ryan Air, Thompson Fly, XL, Airberlin, Germanwings, Transavia and Meridiana are just some of the European low cost and schedule airlines that regularly come in and out of Malta from around Europe.

Travel after you arrive in Malta.

Very simply, nowhere is far in Malta. Wherever your boat is berthed 25 Euro in a taxi will get you there in less than 30 minutes.

The airport has a massive supply of licensed Taxi’s available at all times and waiting is rarely more than 10 minutes.

Car Hire is abundant on the Islands with prices cheaper than most other European countries and models ranging from top of the line Mercedes to the smallest Fiat.
